In a a spin-off of the Fast & Furious franchise set after the events of 2017’s The Fate of the Furious. The plot follows the unlikely pairing of the titular characters as they team up with Shaw’s sister (Kirby) to battle a cybernetically-enhanced terrorist (Elba) threatening the world with a deadly virus.
This tough-as-nails semi is made for long hauls on the highway, but in the final minutes of Hobbs & Shaw, it goes off-road, handling dirt roads with ease during a heart-stopping car vs Helicopter chase.
It probably doesn’t hurt that this particular 1966 model was heavily outfitted just for the flick, with huge tires, turbos jutting out on all sides and barely enough ground clearance to get by. Even with all that, the Hobbs & Shaw crew still managed to perform automotive acrobatics in a semi-truck, with jumps and drift turns galore throughout the movie’s final stretch.
